Everything I bake is from scratch using all natural ingredients, like Madagascar vanilla, pure cane sugar, Belgium and French chocolates.
Many recipes are from old family recipes handed down from one generation to another, and others are recipes I've collected over the years. I've tweaked many of the recipes spending countless hours perfecting them and adding my special touch.
I'm confident when you've taste what I've baked, you'll be a customer for life.
